$995 Introductory Price
SFM’s Holistic Clinical Review Plus (HCR+) provides a series of visits to complete a holistic assessment incorporating Dr. Sparks’ ATP Reset approach, ART methodology, and holistic practice experience. The HCR+ includes:
- An initial visit focused on integrative, functional and holistic factors., such as:
- Past medical history, (diagnosis and symptoms).
- Chronic issues and past treatments.
- Life events that may be contributing to health issues.
- Medications and supplements.
- Exposures, stressors, and personal experiences.
- ATP Reset and its role in facilitating healing.
- An ART session to determine system imbalances.
- A follow up visit to provide a holistic perspective of stressors, chronic conditions, stress patterning, and life events.
- Ongoing access to Dr. Sparks through her Functional Medicine Program, ($150 per month after 30 days).
- Access to the FMEC Platform.
SFM’s Holistic Clinical Review patients are responsible for a one-time payment of $995–a $200 savings from the current price. This payment is due three days before the scheduled visit. This charge is not billed to insurance. Additional fees and costs are required to continue in the FM Program.
