The two options for Sparks Family Medicine office parking are in the parking garage (below) and on the street (click here).
The Parking Garage
At the signal light on Alta Drive and Tivoli Village, turn north into Tivoli Village.
At the roundabout with the fountain, turn right at the stop sign.
Go straight to the next stop sign.
At the next stop sign, turn left.
Proceed through the parking lot adjacent to the buildings.
Turn left into the parking garage.
Turn left at the stop sign immediately in the parking garage.
After turning left in the parking garage, take the first or second right turn.
Look for overhead signs stating “Elevator to: 410 S. Rampart“
The Building 410 Lobby is indicated on the glass and floor signs.
The elevators for 410 are also marked on the side without glass.
Park and proceed to the entrance to Building 410 elevators.
You will have parked on level P1. These elevators go up and down to P2.
On the elevator, select Office Level 3.
Turn left off of the elevators and look for the double glass doors beside the staircase.
These are the double glass doors.
For security, the doors are locked. The receptionist should let you into the office. If not, please call or text SFM staff.
On the Street
At the signal light on Alta Drive and Tivoli Village, turn north into Tivoli Village.
The big building behind the fountain is building 410.
Go through straight the roundabout.
This street is one-way.
The only street entrance to the Building 410 elevators is on the west side of this street.
You can park on either side of the street.
Once parked, enter the large door marked, “Rotunda Lobby Parking Garage.”
Proceed down the hallway.
Turn left in the rotunda and go the elevators.
Choose Office Level 3. You are parked on Street Level.
Turn left off of the elevators and look for the double glass doors beside the staircase.
These are the double glass doors.
For security, the doors are locked. The receptionist should let you into the office. If not, please call or text SFM staff.
