Functional Medicine Program

$995 for the HCR+

SFM’s Functional Medicine Program includes the Holistic Clinical Review Plus (HCR+), a series of visits to complete a holistic assessment incorporating Dr. Sparks’ ATP Reset approach, ART methodology, and holistic practice experience. The HCR+ includes:

  • An initial visit focused on integrative, functional and holistic factors., such as:
    • Past medical history, (diagnosis and symptoms).
    • Chronic issues and past treatments.
    • Life events that may be contributing to health issues.
    • Medications and supplements.
    • Exposures, stressors, and personal experiences.
    • ATP Reset and its role in facilitating healing.
  • An ART session to determine system imbalances.
  • A follow up visit to provide a holistic perspective of stressors, chronic conditions, stress patterning, and life events.

The Functional Medicine Program includes access to integrative and holistic resources on the FMEC Platform ($150 a month). The $995 payment is due three days before the scheduled visit. This charge is not billed to insurance.
