Integrative Wellness Program

Dr. Sparks has launched the Integrative Wellness Program (IWP) to provide greater access to her services. The IWP provides easy access to personalized care focused on diet, lifestyle, and stress management utilizing adjunct therapies, natural products, and supplements. Conventional medicine services include routine prescriptions, lab orders, and referrals. SFM’s Integrative Wellness Program includes access to integrative and holistic resources on the FMEC Platform ($150 a month).
