Dr. Sparks offers a holistic perspective on health and healing, focusing on patients with chronic health conditions and those actively seeking to prevent or manage such conditions. Dr. Sparks employs a holistic, non-invasive approach to investigate problems that may be rooted in dysfunctional “stress patterning,” which can contribute to physical and energetic inflammation.
There are three ways to establish with Dr. Sparks:
Holistic Clinical Review Visit
$495 one-time visit
- Explore Holistic Wellness.
- Evaluation and review of diet, lifestyle, and health history.
- Completion of FM Timeline, including exposures, stressors, and personal narrative.
- Overviews of health conditions.
- Additional fees and costs to continue in the FM Program.
Functional Medicine Program
$150 per month
- “Whole person” Wellness.
- Evaluation, mitigation, and management of chronic issues.
- Completion of FM Timeline, including exposures, stressors, and personal narrative.
- Application of the FM Platform.
- Referrals, prescriptions, and medical forms as appropriate.
Cash Only Option
$1,195 payment
- Integrative & Functional Medicine Health Assessment.
- Evaluate current health, health issues and potential health issues.
- Initial functional medicine evaluation, ART Session and follow up visit.
- Access to the FM Platform for 30 days with no monthly fee.
- “Whole person” wellness.
- Referrals, prescriptions and medical forms as appropriate.
- $150 office visits and telemedicine visits within six months.
Dr. Amy R. Sparks has practiced in Las Vegas since 2000. She has been an Institute for Functional Medicine Certified Practitioner since 2016. Dr. Sparks is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and the American Board of Integrative Holistic Medicine and is a member of ILADS (the International Lyme and Associated Diseases Society). Dr. Sparks has served as the Chief of Staff for Summerlin Hospital Medical Center and as a physician member of the Board of Governors for Summerlin Hospital Medical Center.
